Trouble in disguise…

Life will always find a way to give us what we need. I tell that to myself all the time, because I believe it to be true. Sometimes we cannot “see” the “why” nor understand the “whys” for years and sometimes never completely, especially while we are going though pain and sorrow.

Sorrow and pain are just a part of life that every one of us is not exempt from, but still worth living!!!

Life has given me some much needed lessons that I can say I am thankful for, but never want to experience again.

Some say, “How can thus and so help me, be “good” for me”? To which I answer “I am not sure, it is your life. I could only speculate; which I do not want to do. The answers are within you and they may be incomplete. “

I believe nothing happens by accident! While we can get angry, cry, yell, throw things, or however else we choose to respond. The bottom line is; there is a purpose for everything.

So I quote the serenity prayer quite often to remind myself that in life, there are just some things I have no control over!

Sometimes I have to force myself to smile and when I do, that smile seems to give me a slight calm.

Several times throughout my day, I take some time to make sure I smile. It is a great habit that I hope to continue for the rest of my days!

So with all the negative communication in today’s world; Smile~

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it’s breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you’ll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying?
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile…

That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying?
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

This is from my heart.~

Sincerely,

Deborah

I believe grati…

I believe gratitude is realizing that every single thing you have you could just as easily not have.
